DLF Launch Privana North: Real estate company DLF will soon launch a luxurious residential project "Privana North" in Gurugram. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the country's rich investors (HNI) and Indians living abroad (NRI) about this project. In such a situation, Gurugram is now becoming a hub of luxury and super-luxury homes. Big companies like Godrej Properties, Oberoi Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji are also getting attracted to Gurugram. They are especially focused on areas like Golf Course Road, SPR and Dwarka Expressway.

The Price Of Each Flat Will Be In Crores

According to Moneycontrol, this project will be built in Sector 76 and 77 of Gurugram. It is being said that this area is at the junction of Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Dwarka Expressway and HN-48. It has more than 1100 very luxurious flats. The price of each flat is said to be at least Rs 9 crore. The price of the penthouse is likely to be around Rs 25 crore. This is DLF's third project in this area. Golf Course Road and DLF used to build projects in Phase 1-5, but now they are expanding themselves. DLF's previous projects "Privana South", "Privana West" and "DLF Arbor" were also very successful.

HNI & NRI Showing Interest

It is being said that DLF has started showing the project to select dealers even before the official launch. HNI and NRI buyers are already showing interest in it. Four towers have been introduced in the initial phase of the project, two more towers will come soon. Let us tell you that earlier i.e. in the year 2024, the "DLF Privana South" project was completely sold out in just 72 hours of pre-launch. The company got sales worth Rs 7,200 crore from this.

Last Year Too DLF Earned Crores Of Rupees

In May last year, the "DLF Privana West" project was also sold out in just three days. Its price was Rs 5,590 crores. Even before this, DLF's projects "The Camellias", "The Arbor" and "The Dahlias" have been completely sold out. During an investor meeting held in May this year, DLF company had indicated that it will expand all over India. A project in Mumbai is in the pipeline. After that, a superluxury project in Goa will also come soon.
