Data Deletion Request

Use this page to ask Family&Flats to delete personal data associated with your website activity, account, inquiry, property submission, Google sign-in, WhatsApp or Meta communications.

How to submit a deletion request

Email us from the address or number connected to your interaction.

Send your request to admin@familyandflats.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Tell us what should be deleted.

Include the email address, phone/WhatsApp number, account, inquiry, listing reference or other information that helps us identify the records you want reviewed.

Complete reasonable identity verification.

To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you or that you are legally authorized to make it.

Receive confirmation.

We will review the request, delete or restrict eligible data, and confirm the outcome. If information must be retained for a lawful, regulatory, security, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal-claims purpose, we will explain that limitation where appropriate.

Data this may cover

  • Website inquiry and contact-form information.
  • Family&Flats account or portal profile information.
  • Google sign-in information received by Family&Flats.
  • WhatsApp Business / Meta message and messaging metadata processed by us.
  • Property submissions, photos, documents or listing materials linked to you.
  • Marketing preferences and non-essential communication records.

What may not be deleted immediately

Some records may need to be retained where deletion would conflict with a legal obligation, fraud or security controls, accounting or transaction records, an unresolved dispute, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where possible, data no longer needed for active service will be deleted, anonymised or restricted from further use.

Meta / WhatsApp users

If your request concerns information processed through Family&Flats' WhatsApp Business or Meta integrations, use the same deletion process above. Please include the phone number used for the WhatsApp interaction and, if relevant, the approximate date or context of the conversation so we can locate the correct records.
